Website Terms
These terms govern use of the DFW Rack and Stack website. They do not replace the written quote, scope of work or service agreement used for an individual project.
Website information
Website content describes general service capabilities and is provided for informational purposes. Availability, project scope, scheduling and pricing are determined individually.
Quote requests
Submitting a form or sending an email does not schedule work, guarantee availability or create a contract. Work begins only after the parties approve the applicable written quote, scope, payment requirements and access arrangements.
Service scope
Unless specifically stated in an approved written scope, services are limited to physical installation, in-rack cabling, labeling, cable management and documentation. Electrical work, PDU installation, network design, device configuration and permanent facility cabling are excluded.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate instructions, onsite equipment and materials, authorized access, safe working conditions, available rack power and a reachable technical contact. Facility rules and approvals may affect whether work can be performed.
Third-party names
References to data-center operators, manufacturers or other companies describe compatibility or project environments and do not imply affiliation, endorsement or authorization.
Website availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue website features without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website or form availability.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, DFW Rack and Stack is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information. Project-specific responsibilities and limitations will be defined in the applicable written agreement.
